Summer

I must say, lately I'll look around my room and I'll see all these things and wonder if I'm wasting my money. The answer I've come up with is No. I enjoy collecting sanrio because it is and will always be my one link to childhood/innocence. For me, they were happy times and memories. If you can find happiness in whatever you like, even if it is material, enjoy it while you can (as long as you're not hurting anyone) ((who deserves it hehe)). Luckily for me, I am still enjoying it in my 26 years. Without further ado, some pix of my room.

this box thing is from 03'. Wasn't sure what to put in it once I bought it. It continues to hold CDs I no longer listen to.
I've had this piggy bank since I was 10. Bought it from a yardsale. Just a couple of years ao I decided to give it a touch up with some colored sharpies and now it looks brandnew! The owl buddies and llama are pictured as well.
I bought this mug in some place on Valley for 16 Bucks! I love hello kitty on the Elephant!!!!

Lost Treasure

My boyfriend's dad found this for me at his job! It was on top of some air vent they were fixing. I had some family visiting this week and it just so happens my cousin's husband is a Jeweler, so I had him take a looksie. He said it's 14 carat gold! To be honest I can't tell the difference until it starts to rust ;p
Anywho, I am in love with it. I normally don't wear bracelets but now I will! My cousin in law (?) is going to fix the chain so I don't lose it and he's also going to move one kitty down! (It's missing a Kitty) YAY!
